How long will the inspection take?
A house inspection generally takes between two and three hours to complete. This allows time for assessment of the home’s structural, mechanical and electrical systems. Commercial inspections can take a few hours, or even days, depending on the size and type of inspection. You are welcome to attend your inspection, and we will work to thoroughly explain all significant findings.
How much will the property inspection cost?
The cost of a property inspection depends on several factors, including square footage, time required, age of the home, and overall amenities associated with the home. Commercial properties sometimes undergo a bidding process depending on the time frame available. Bids can have multiple options. What kind of experience does my inspector have?
PPI inspectors are trained and licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission. We continually attend continuing education courses to be the best at what we do while adhering to strict inspection industry standards.
How quickly can a home inspection or commercial property inspection be scheduled?
Time is of the essence when purchasing a new home so we will work with you to schedule the inspection promptly. He or she should encourage you to meet, if at all possible, to discuss the findings, ask questions and gain a clear understanding of the report.
